Sandbach look to build on last week’s fine win away at Doncaster Phoenix, when Kettering make their first ever visit to Bradwall Road on Saturday. Earlier in the season Sandbach won 7 v 24 at Kettering’s Waverley Road ground, the victory being very much based on a resolute Bach defensive performance, as the home team dominated territory and possession. On their own patch though Sandbach will be looking to kick on, while Kettering will also arrive with a degree of confidence, following a good win at home against an improving Peterborough Lions. Sandbach will be frustrated that following a good start to the season they have lost a few close games that would have made a big difference to their league position, so they will certainly be looking to regain their earlier momentum, in what is an important game for both teams. The weather set to be fine and not too windy, so expect an entertaining encounter.
