Format & Rules of Play 15 a side – rolling subs when the game is stopped
- Unlimited numbers of squad size
- Full laws of the game to be adhered to unless a team has to start with ‘uncontested scrums’ this will be agreed by the DoR’s/Head coaches of those teams prior to kick off
- No goal kicking inc. DG’s
- No results will be published & therefore no formal presentation/ winners etc
- The Captain of each team gets 1 x 2 min ‘time out’ per game – this is to be ‘player led’
- 30 mins one way, no HTimes.
- The first named team will choose ends and the second named team will kick off
- In the event of a kit clash we first named team will need to work out a solution
- Its is expected that coaches/players do everything to stick to timings, please refrain from having lengthy de-briefs ahead of the next round of fixture. All teams have a suitable break to dive into detail.
