Welcome to our new General Manager, Mr. Mat Dolan.
Many of you will already have come across Mat, who has spent over a decade involved in all aspects of Rugby! He’s had time as M&J chair, as well as managerial and coaching roles within Cheshire, M&J, Girls and Colts Rugby. Alongside his deep understanding of Sandbach RUFC as a rugby and community sports club, Mat brings extensive experience in hospitality and people‑focused roles. He is genuinely excited to be part of what promises to be a hugely positive period for the club, and we hope you will join us in making him feel welcome.
Following a rigorous selection process, we are delighted to formally appoint Mat as General Manager at Bradwall Road. It was clear throughout the interviews that he is fully aligned with our ethos and well‑placed to help shape the club’s future in a positive, efficient and professional manner. His appreciation for both the operational side of the club and the matchday and training‑day experience will be invaluable.
