Just to let you all know, an old friend of mine is setting up bootcamps at the club starting at the end of the month. He is a professional fitness instructor, and has several major clients. The bootcamps have been very successful at Macclesfield over the last few years, and he is bringing the format to Sandbach.

At just under £6 a session, its less than a gym membership, and, although I have never done one yet, (shocker I know!) they look a bit more fun than running on a treadmill!
