A game lost in our minds before a ball was kicked?
This week saw the U14s take on the highly respected Lymm team and the result betrayed a lack of confidence in our own ability resulting in a self-fulfilling prophecy!
Despite a number of impressive moves being honed to perfection in the training session prior to kick off, the first half saw a commanding performance by Lymm resulting in 4 tries with all bar one being converted.
The second half saw Lymm continuing on a similar vein, only upset by a Sandbach break away try (by Rhys John), converted by Kyran Davies.
Final score: Sandbach 7 – Lymm 50
A third half, to enable the full Sandbach squad to have played resulting in a further impressive display with Lymm scoring a further 5 tries, of which 3 were converted.
Third Half: Sandbach 0 – Lymm 31
Sandbach Try Scorer: Rhys John
Sandbach Conversion: Kyran Davies
