Sandbach will be looking to restart their season after the Christmas break and a tough December in terms of results, when Burton visit on Saturday. Burton won 43 v 39 at Peel Croft at the beginning of the campaign and are on a decent run of form having struggled earlier in the season. So, it appears they seem to like the heavy winter conditions, which suits their strong running game. Sandbach were missing a few key individuals that day due to suspension, injury and availability, so will be looking to make amends this time when on their own turf. However, it is never easy in this league and they will need to cut out those little bits of inaccuracy that have proved so critical in recent games. If they do that, the score hopefully should take care of itself.
