Grant Hallam – Full back or number 10, former Longton player who has joined from league rivals Newport Salop.
Will Sant - Centre who has moved locally and joined from Stoke.
Sam Bunce - hooker from Pocklington who has finished his degree at Keele Uni, played for Yorkshire at age grade rugby.
Mark Wright – back row from Ireland, previously played for Dungannon.
Ben Torsk – prop, joins from Whitchurch.
Dan Collins – back row, joins from Northwich
Alex Griffiths Jones– prop and ex captain of Nottingham Uni, mate of Josh Longson at Stonyhurst.

Players returning to Sandbach;
Giant 2nd Row Joe Hickey after a few years away, looking to make a sold return to senior rugby.
Former 1st XV hooker Zac Jones who has been absent for a couple of seasons, now recovered from a couple of serious injuries.
Tom MacCuish former Sale Sharks Academy player who has completed his degree at Loughborough University.

We also have a number of mini/junior graduates who are moving into the senior squad including back row and Sale Sharks academy player Alex Bishop, son of former 1st team captain, Adrian “Bash” Bishop.

Senior squad players missing this season;

Josh Brown having finished last season at Twickenham with Cheshire will again be playing in Canada for the first part of the season.
Joe Jepps also off to play in Canada and will only be around for the early part of the season.
George Beal at some point will be leaving to start an Army career at Sandhurst.
