Sandbach travel to Coventry to visit Broadstreet on Saturday, on the back of a couple of encouraging performances in the last two weeks. The team are starting to build a bit of momentum and with the confidence gained from last weekend’s display against the then table leaders Bridgnorth, they know they have the ability to take on any team in this league on their day. Sandbach make a couple of changes with Benny Elliot away playing in the Rugby Barbados World 7’s and Matt Jackson picking up a knock last week, but the Saxons have been flying of recent, so there should be enough quality in any of the players selected. The Ivor Preece Field has never been a particularly lucky ground for the visitors, so they know they will have to work hard for a win against the team lying fourth in the league, however this is as good an opportunity as any, to put that record straight.
