Sandbach entertain new league leaders Bridgnorth on Saturday, as they look to follow up on last weeks hard fought win away to Bournville. Sandbach name an unchanged starting XV for the first time this season and will hope that this consistency, will help build on several promising aspects from the last outing. Bridgnorth have only been beaten twice so far this campaign, but there has been just a score in virtually all their matches, illustrating just how competitive the league is this season. Sandbach’s centre Jimmy Gore will particularly be looking forward to the game, having played with distinction for the visitors, until recently moving to Sandbach due to work. No doubt he will be keen to get one over on his old mates, who have recruited strongly during the summer. However, Sandbach do have a reputation for causing an upset. Let’s hope they do it again on Saturday.
