Having had a week’s break, Sandbach return to action at the weekend with a visit from Peterborough Lions. The Lions were expected to be promotion contenders, having recruited strongly over the summer, but have had a disappointing start to the season, as the new newcomers have taken time to settle in. However, things appear to be changing for them, after a good home win last time out against Towcestrians. Sandbach can expect a physical challenge, which they will need to match, before they can utilise their more all court game. Expect another difficult encounter.
