DOR Will Stockdale is delighted to announce Rob as our new forwards coach and joint club coach alongside new backs coach and fellow Sale Sharks player Byron McGuigan.

Rob joined Sale Sharks from Bath and has been capped 16 times by England. As a Yorkshire man he started his career at Leeds (now Yorkshire) Carnegie and moved to Wasps before playing for Bath.

Both Rob and Byron will continue to play for Sale Sharks and in addition are committed to coaching at Sandbach. They will be a great asset in building on the work of Pete Allen and Scott Barrow in developing our young squad which will be boosted next season by a number of last years colts.

Massive welcome to Rob and Byron from all at Sandbach.
