Get yourself (and your parents) along to Bradwall Road at 10:00am on Sunday 7th September (or any Sunday at 10:00am after that) and just make yourself known to any of the coaches that will be around. They will be pleased to direct you to the correct age group.

Training for all age groups is from 10:00am on Sunday mornings unless there is an away match in which case you need to keep an eye on the web site for details.

You won't be asked to join the club and pay any membership fees etc straight away - you can try before you buy - but if you find that rugby is for you then you will need to become a club member. Your age group manager will advise.
